As an e-CRM thought leader, and executive sponsor, Rob has delivered countless marketing, CRM/e-CRM, strategy and executive customer programs for global companies in a variety of industry segments.

Rob has led consulting practices with Deloitte Consulting and the Geehan Group.  His career with Deloitte spanned 15 years where Rob led the Regional e-Business and Customer Relationship Management practice, working with mid to large size clients to transform their marketing and sales operations.

With Reynolds & Reynolds, Rob led multiple initiatives, including the e-CRM Product Marketing team to grow market share by more than 40% and built and implemented the strategic CRM/marketing automation/quote to cash program for over 800 sales and marketing associates.

Specialties: Developing customer and business strategies leveraging traditional and electronic channels, CRM and Marketing strategies, processes, organization and structure to deliver business results, specializing in the high-tech, financial services, consulting and manufacturing industries.

Jeff has managed budgets of $25 million in Information Technology, Marketing, Sales and Human Resources combined with business development experiences with P&G trade customers including Kroger, Walmart, SuperValu, and Costco.  He has led Technology Innovation including engagements with Silicon Valley Venture Capitalists.  Jeff has directed several Global IT Teams responsible for Business Intelligence, Retail Sales, Procurement, Trade Promotion Management, and e-Commerce.

Jeff is a Strategic Leader and Natural Collaborator experienced in working effectively with Senior Executives and Employees to untangle ambiguous situations and resolve wicked problems.  He brings high-energy, laser-focus, and creative solutions to improve organizations and bottom-line results.

Jeff holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University where he attended on an Air Force ROTC 4-year Scholarship.
