Championing diversity and inclusivity within tech

The team at CoreBlue are proud to have become a signatory for the Tech Talent Charter, as part of their commitment to support the nation in increasing the inclusivity and diversity of the tech workforce in the UK.The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a Government sponsored initiative which aims to deliver greater diversity in the UK's tech workforce and work with companies across the UK to ensure this is a nationwide aspiration.

People are at the heart of CoreBlue's success and we understand the benefits businesses receive from having a diverse and inclusive team. As our team grows, we want to continue to support a diverse workforce both internally, but also across the UK.Partnering with TTC will enable us to learn and grow as an organisation in a direction that really matters to us as a business. It provides us with a platform where we can access and collaborate with peers and pioneers on diversity and inclusion, expanding our knowledge on this area.
