Discover & Plan

We begin all our projects with some degree of discovery and planning. Our ideation workshop is often a good starting point for clients at an early stage in their product planning. For those at a more mature stage, we’d typically start with Technical Discovery and planning.

Ideation Workshop

A technical ideation workshop aims to refine an idea, identify potential technologies or methodologies to use, and outline the technical architecture for the project. It’s a great starting point for founders and executives that do not have a technical background and require guidance on fundamental technology decisions.

Technical Discovery

Far more in-depth than the ideation workshop, technical discovery aims to gather all the necessary information to inform the project's technical approach, scope, and implementation plan. It helps both you as the client and the development team align your understanding of the project's goals and requirements, identify potential risks and complexities (which can then be discussed with the client ahead of commencing work) and create a full technical backlog to establish a solid foundation for the subsequent phases of the project.
